EnGuide Pharmacy
I led content strategy for the pre-login experience of EnGuide Pharmacy, helping turn a complex GLP-1 pharmacy offering into a clearer consumer experience.
Content Strategy Lead

01 / THE CHALLENGE
Making a new kind of pharmacy easier to understand.
GLP-1 treatment can involve unfamiliar terminology, coverage questions, prescriptions, fulfillment, medication availability, and ongoing care. Before asking someone to take the next step, the experience needed to make EnGuide Pharmacy understandable: what it is, how it works, and what someone could expect.
02 / MY ROLE
Content Strategy Lead
I led content strategy for the pre-login experience, shaping content hierarchy, messaging clarity, terminology, and the relationship between information and the overall user journey.
I partnered across disciplines to balance consumer needs, business requirements, brand consistency, and the complexities of healthcare communication.
03 / THE APPROACH
Start with what people need to understand.
Rather than organize the experience around everything we could tell people, I focused the content around the questions someone needed answered to move forward with confidence:
What is this? Is it for me? How does it work? What happens next?
That meant establishing a clear information hierarchy, progressively introducing complexity, and translating the pharmacy experience into understandable steps.
04 / WHAT CHANGED
Treating content as part of the experience meant organizing information around the customer’s journey rather than the complexity of the healthcare system behind it.
EnGuide reinforced a principle that guides much of my work: when something is complicated, clarity isn’t about saying more. It’s about understanding what matters most to the person on the other side.
